Viztronics provide smart 3D solutions that allow businesses to simplify systems and enhance quality control. We offer both hardware, in the form of custom-made 3D cameras, and custom-developed software, for highly-reliable 3D image scanning and analysis. We design 3D solutions for industrial inline inspection, metrology, bin picking and process optimisation. By working closely with our customers we are able to integrate and adapt our innovative 3D vision technology to ensure excellence every time.
Our History
Viztronics is a young company but we’ve fit a lot into our short time! At Viztronics we continuously work to improve our 3D cameras and software to make the most effective & highest resolution 3D cameras available – anywhere! Take a look below to see the evolution of our technology.
2018
- February 21 – Viztronics registered as a limited company in Dublin, Ireland.
- June 4 – Viztronics launched MicroZ, a high-resolution 3D camera for industrial inspection which was designed to work with both a big and small field of vision (FOZ).
- June 27 – The Viztronics Team attended Vision China Shenzen where we met Chinese partners and showcased the newly launched MicroZ 3D Camera.
- September 20 – Viztronics launched DeflectoZ, an innovative new 3D camera specifically designed for the inspection of glass and metallic surfaces.
- November 6 – The Viztronics Team attended Vision Stuttgart where we launched the recently developed DeflectoZ 3D Camera and showcased the now established MicroZ.
2019
- March 20 – The Viztronics Team attended Vision China Shanghai where we once more showcased our smart 3D vision technology including the MicroZ and DeflectoZ.
- September 12 – Viztronics launched ZFlex, a 3D camera designed to overcome challenging bin picking, automation and 3D inspection issues.
- October 29 – The Viztronics Team attended the Robotics & Automation show in Milton Keyes, England where we showcased the recently launched ZFlex 3D camera.
2020
- May 6 – Viztronics launched a new version of the ZFlex 3D camera designed for palettizing and de-palettizing of European pallets.

Rakhi is the co-founder and business development director of Viztronics.
Rakhi has more than 15 years of global experience in researching and analysing innovation strategies, forces that promote innovation and processes. She has managed and led multicultural global project teams for multinationals, governments and non-profit organizations. Rakhi believes in the power of innovation and entrepreneurship to change organisations and society alike.
Rakhi has taught entrepreneurship and supervised undergraduates & postgraduates at the National College of Ireland.
Dr. Tahir Rabbani

Tahir is the co-founder and research & development director of Viztronics.
Prior to founding Viztronics, Tahir spent over 10 years at HP Ireland where he guided a global team on machine vision, data collection and analytic systems as Chief Architect. Having begun his career as a Machine Vision Engineer before transitioning into research and development Tahir is passionate about the power of technology to transform manufacturing processes.
Dr. Rabbani has a PhD in Augmented Reality and 3D Data Processing from TU Delft in the Netherlands.
